Merry Christmas and Feliz Navidad!

We have appreciated your prayers for us here in Fontibon and we want to wish all of you a very Merry Christmas and a Feiz Navidad too! We are excited to see what God has for us in 2015!!!

One year in Fontibon!

Praise the Lord with us as we celebrated 1 year since our ministry started here in Fontibon! We have been meeting Thursday evenings and Sunday afternoons. We are hoping that come February that we will be able to start Sunday mornings. We are meeting in the community center of where we live and are hoping to find our own place for when we start in February. We appreciate your prayers for this!

Baby Shower in Fontibon!

We are celebrating with Gladys, (she is the lady in the blue sweater opening presents), as she looks forward to being a Mom again in less than a month! She has a daughter that is 13 and has had some difficulties in her past but she is looking forward to the future with hope. She has Christ in her heart now and she says she knows that she can trust in Him to guide her family and help her to walk in His way!

Our son Joshua is engaged to Abigail McClintock!

We are praising the Lord for bringing Abigail McClintock into our family! Joshua met Abby at Clearwater Christian College and we are excited to see how God will work in their lives together. They are planning a wedding for June 13th and will appreciate your prayers as they make their plans.

Discipleship Blessings!

Sharon has been enjoying having a discipleship class with (L-R) Luz Marina, Jacqueline, and Mariana. They are all new believers and excited about learning God's Word! Jacqueline recently went to see an uncle that was dying of cancer and had the opportunity to share her faith with him and he accepted Christ before he passed away. We are rejoicing with her as she looks forward to seeing him again one day!

Missions Sunday in Funza

The church that we had worked with back in 2010-11 had invited us to come back for a special missions Sunday at their church. What a blessing it was to see how the church has grown and to have the opportunity to challenge their hearts towards missions!

La Gracia Abundante

Our ABWE co-workers, Daniel and Jennifer Mee, pictured on the left with their 2 children Eliana and Elijah, started the church and are now home on furlough. Pastor Hector and his wife Sandra are on the right with their 2 children Paula and Daniel. We are helping at this church while the Mees are in the States and are blessed to work along side Pastor Hector's family!
